SEO tip 16: Romlet and backlinks
There is another cool way to get some backlinks to your site and it is called Romlet. Romlet is a widget for your site that shows the most popular incoming links to your site for the last (you can set how many) day or hours. This makes it is a brag badge, bookmarking tool and stats counter all rolled into one.
It is always up to date and what it is the most important for getting more backlinks - it is a teaser for other blogs to link to yours. Because the most popular incoming links are on the other hand outgoing links to the sites that link to you. So if you want a link from a certain blog just link to it and you will show up in their romlet widget. If your link is popular enough that is.
So to make a little test I copied all the sites that are listed on Romlet to have the Romlet widget installed.

Or alternatively - you can link to this blog and get a backlink from it - this blog has very little traffic so far, so your link will be shown for sure.

Isn’t that thing cool?? LOL… I find it most interesting to watch it change. I think you only need 5 or 6 referrals to make it into the romlet on my site. I don’t have a ton of people come from one place at anytime.
